Job Description:

ProCare Therapy, in partnership with, is actively seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our team in Evergreen, CO for the remainder of the current school year, with the possibility of renewal for the next school year. The Occupational Therapist will play a key role in assessing and supporting students to enhance their ability to participate in daily activities and achieve their educational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments to determine students' strengths and areas of need
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapeutic strategies into the educational setting
• Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in group settings
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Colorado state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff
